If I purchase, as my first property, an open booking HDB flat without grants (i.e. I decline to use the EHG), will I be considered a first-timer or second-timer when I apply for a BTO in the future (after the 5-year MOP)?

Hi,

If you did not take any CPF Housing Grants, you will be considered a first-timer.

    HBD confirmed that regardless of whether I accept grants or not, any purchase direct from HDB would count as a first-time purchase. Thanks for your help anyway.
