If I own both a HDB flat and a private property, can I rent out my flat and stay in my private property?

Afternoon Joe,

Under the current ruling, if you are SC and have fulfilled the MOP, you are eligible to rent out your HDB and reside in your private apartment. If you are PR, you are required to write in for approval.
