If I own an EC that has passed 5 years already, can I still buy a 2nd HDB resale flat (not taking any CPF Grant)? Plan is to stay in HDB and rent out the EC.

Afternoon,

EC that have fulfilled MOP is considered as semi-private property. TO purchase resale HDB unit, you might need to check with HDB if you are required to sell away your EC within 6 months from key collection.
