If I own a 3-room flat that has been announced for SERS and I am looking to sell the flat, how much premium can I expect over the compensation amount and benefits from HDB?

Evening,

There are many different compensation package, depending on your project and location. Some SERS owner sell their unit at $75k COV (Clementi) while some can get $100k COV (Dover).
