If I list my parent as an occupier as part of my MCPS application. Do I have to declare her employment income? Will it affect my EHG grant? Even thought she is working, she is not going to help to pay for the house. The income from her employment is solely for her own usage.

Hi,

1) According to HDB guideline, both applicants and occupiers income are into consideration when come to grant application.
2) You have to declare her income when listed as an occupier, otherwise, you are breaching the condition on the grant application, consequences are severe.
