If I just bought my HDB BTO a little over a year ago, can I transfer my ownership of the flat to my wife so that she becomes the sole owner of the flat? If so, will I be able to purchase another residential property immediately? Or will I still have to obey the minimum occupation period?

Hi, you still need the 5 years MOP before you can transfer ownership and buy another property
