if i have joint custody of my child however my ex-wife had bought a house with my child as a occupier can i still used my child to apply for a HDB new house

Afternoon Eric,

I'm sorry that it's not possible. Under the older ruling, your spouse would actually require your consent for the purchase. However, with the new ruling, this procedure have being removed. You would have to purchase the resale unit under single scheme or together with your future spouse.
