If I have bought an EC under my son's n my name. I wanted to get married next year with my bf who has a bto which he bought with his n his parents name. Our both properties are less than 5 years. Will HDB force sell be property of ours. What should I do now?

Afternoon Cindy,

Every SC or PR couple should only have one property under their names. With the unity of marriage, both of you are considered as one entity, hence only allow to hold one HDB unit, upon updating your status to HDB.
