If I have a property and buy additional plot of empty land, will ABSD be applicable to the empty plot of land? If I spend money to build on top of the plot of land, will ABSD be applicable on the building cost?

Hi,

ABSD is applicable for residential land for development or redevelopment.

Apart from ABSD, you may need to pay a development charge should you develop the vacant land too.
