Good morning,

You can definitely rent out the available rooms to individual tenants. However, as it will be registered as room rental, you might need to justify your intention should HDB inquire about it.

Hi,

(1) You have completed MOP.
You may rent out 2 of the rooms or rent out the whole flat.

(2) Intend to rent out all rooms instead of whole flat.
You are not allowed to rent out all rooms even if you are not staying there. Your option is either 2 of the rooms or whole unit.

Generally, it is more difficult to deal with multiple tenant than a single point of contact.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
