if i have a flat and have not MO 5 years but fully paid up with no HDB loan, can i buy a private property for investment

Hi Chyanne,

As long as you have not fulfilled your MOP, you are not allow to buy any pte property.

Hi,

You are not allowed to purchase a new residential property if you have not fulfilled your MOP, but there is an option of commercial property.
