Care to share how old are your 2 kids?

Nowadays benchmark price for 3 beds condo/ apartment is around $2m +/-. To get one in prime area in between or near either schools will almost be impossible within $1.5m. Will you consider OCR projects that is along purple line?

Psf for private has been on a quicker growth compared to HDB since the last HDB peak in 2013.

Generally speaking private condo has better capital appreciation prospects versus HDB for the past 5 years. It could be tough to find something within 1.5m for 3 bedroom newer properties near the schools mentioned. Perhaps you like to consider properties near the NEL purple line MRT stations?

Both schools are generally in District 13, albeit small distance away thus if you are considering projects within District 13, there are still some choices available for consideration, if you do not mind the size to be under 1000sqft or even smaller. You will likely have more choices towards the Potong Pasir stretch over Macpherson or further upwards nearing Braddell.
