It greatly dependent on the timing due to the change of HDB process at and after 1 Jan 2018.
From now till 1 Jan 2018, you only need to provide the necessary document during the 1st appointment for verification. Thus you are safe if you already provide such document for verification.
After 1 Jan 2018, all document are to be upload for verification before attending the final & only appointment. Thus you will be safe once S&P is approved after submission online.
