If I currently own foreign properties, am I still eligible for the CPF housing grant for purchasing a new or resale HDB flat?

Considering buying HDB soon.
Concerned about this clause:

You(applicant), co-applicants and all persons listed in the application for purchase of the flat must not
Own any of the following (local or overseas properties) or have disposed of one within 30 months prior to the application:
- Private residential property (including HUDC flat, Executive Condominium)
- House
- Building
- Land

Bank loan is also an attractive alternative given the prevailing low interest rates relative to hdb loan rates.
