If I buy a condo in Singapore, do I need to declare my overseas property?

Dear sir/mdm,
You do not need to declare any overseas property if you are looking to purchase a condo in Singapore. Do you have any particular project in mind that you are working on?
I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 13 years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.

You need not declare your overseas property if you are buying a condo in Singapore. ABSD will apply if you are a non citizen purchasing your first residential property in Singapore.
