Do take note that you will have to fulfill MOP before you are eligible to rent or sell the whole unit.
Having a door locked doesnt constitute room rental as well. Under HBD regulation, owner has to physically stay in the unit to rent out rooms.
Hope you understand.
If you avoid these restrictions, perhaps we can look at private property that is within your budget and provide good rental yield.
