If i am renting a property, how much commission do I have to pay (if any) to the agent? What if it's the reverse, i.e. how about if I were to rent out a property? Thanks

Hi Chew..our professional agent fees is half a months rent + 7% gst for less than 1 year. One months rent + 7%gst for 1year to 2 years lease. One and half months rent + 7% gst for 3 years lease.. Do call me if u need further clarifications.thx.

Only the larger agencies are GST registered. So, you can save yourself 7% if you use an agency which is not GST registered. When in doubt, ask!

And remember, you getsw what you pay for. If anyone offers you a discounted service, be suspicious.
