Yes you are able to do that as long as you are above the age of 35 if you are a single Singaporean or is able to form a family nucleus with your spouse. Transiting from a condo to a resale HDB requires careful planning in terms of the timeline and finances so that you are able to transit from one property to another smoothly with minimal cash outlay and also without the need for an interim housing solution.
