If I am buying a uncompleted condo, do I need to have the letter of offer for home loan before I can sign the S&P Agreement (Exercise the OTP)?

PS: I sign the OTP already, but may not be able to get letter of offer for home loan before the required date to sign the S&P agreement

Morning,

Your representing salesperson should have assisted you from the start. Since you have shown an interest to purchase the BUC project, you will need the LO to exercise the Option. Well, unless you do not intend to get any loan and paying it off with cash, when the progressive payment comes in. There are banks who can get the LO ready within a day or two, if your credit record is clean and good.

Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.
