Hi Mandy, I'm afraid you are not eligible to buy a hdb unit in Singapore. As your husband has to be a PR for at least 3 years or a local, then only both of you be eligible to purchase a hdb unit. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

SPR buyers are only eligible to purchase resale HDB unit with another SPR spouse or SC spouse. To purchase HDB under single scheme, you must be SC aged 35 and above.
