If a Sporean PR and foreigner, both not working in Spore currently were to purchase an apartment, would banks in Spore approve an 80% loan? Are there any restrictions on co-owning between a PR and foreigner?

Hi New Homebuyer;

If you/your partner are not working in Sg,I'm afraid that the bank will not approve 80% loan,max only 70%.For private property ownership,there is not restriction between PR/foreigner(except for landed property other than in Sentose Island,for these,you will need approval frm SLA).Maybe you can let me know what is your preferred location,size and budget?I'll help you search for your dream home..Thanks
