If a seller has 3 agents, can I use agent B or C, though I viewed the property with agent A? I find agent A not very responsive.

Morning,

Based on CEA ruling, the agent that advertised for the seller will be representing them accordingly. Hence you cannot engage them to represent you as this will be inflict with dual representation ruling.
Alternatively, you can engage your own agent and assist you on the purchase.
