iam working as Sales
my salary after CPF is S$2720
my wife is vietnamese. now she is waiting for long term visit pass.
i would like to buy a secondhand house (HDB) at kallang area with the price on internet is S$450.000 .
i don't know with my salary like that and my age haven't reach 35 years old...can i buy this kind of house? and how much i need to pay by cash and cpf...the rest can i borrow from any banks? hope can get answer from yrs...thanks alots
