Iam currently staying at Sengkang for about 2.5 years.This flat was bought directly from HDB.I was told that i would be able to sell my house now by an agent.But i thought the MOP should be 5 years.Can gurus pls enlighten me.thanks

Mop is 5 years. To verify and check just make a call to your branch office.

As the unit was a direct purchase from HDB, the MOP is definitely 5 years.
