Hi,

1) Your address in your NRIC should be aligned with where you're staying according to the National Registry Act.
2) It could be different from the property you bought. Thus I also couldn't understand what the HDB trying to achieve from here.
3) I would suggest you clarify with your HDB branch office so as not to cause further complications.
