I would like to sell a HDB unit via natura loft which had only TOP not long ago. Understand there will be penalty involved which I am not very clear about it. Please advise on the penalty issue and will I still able to proceed with it?

Morning,

You are talking about a HDB unit that have just TOP. If you were to sell it, it can only be done via HDB. They will buy over your unit, depending on your situation and explanation, in accordance to their own valuation figure. For further details, it would be based on case to case basis hence it would be better to check with HDB.
