Although there are quite a number of DIY web portal available in the market. I would still advise you should get an agent to represent you during the transaction.

Although it seems simple from the surface, sign an agreement, collect rental monthly is not rocket size. But when you dig further there is a contract involved between you and another stranger. Are you comfortable with what you have learnt from website? Are you sure that is all that need to check?
