Since you have $500k in your OA, you will only be required to pay the COV, 5% ABSD (if you are PR)and misc admin fee. Basically, you may not even need to get a mortgage loan.

Hi Mr Tat Siew,

The resale price for a 3 Room flat in Clementi & Tiong Bahru is about $350k-$450k, you may use your CPF to pay up all including the Stamp Duty, the only cash you need is the COV, which is about $5k-$50k depending on the conditions of each individual flat.
