Dear Ms Ching,

Based on the investment profile you have presented, there should be plenty of units available, nevertheless, I would like to highlight that should you require the rental income to finance the unit you are purchasing, perhaps you would like to relook into the price range you are working on as I have always feel that it is a risk to buyers should they be relying on rental income to finance the purchase, just in case you have a barren period of non-occupancy for the unit.
