I would like to find out the price to rent out 1 common room at Bt Panjang (near interchange), with or without air-con, pub included, fully furnished.

Hi Chia,..for a common room fully furn without aircon,..i would quote $450-$500.,.with aircon-$550-$600...this is for one person,..if its 2 person than its an additional $100...do let me know if i could be of assistance.thanks..

Hi Sani, tks for your reply. I would like to rent out for $500 without aircon, $600 with aircon (for 1 female). Most important, she must be clean and tidy. No eating in the room coz I doesn't want to have any uninvited guest (ants & cockroaches).
