I would like to enquiry about the new HDB ruling about Spore PR with foreign property. Do I entitle to buy HDB if my foreign property was purchased 10 yrs ago? Can me and my daughter (8 yrs old) eligible to buy a HDB?

Morning Nicole,

Under the current ruling, is you are a divorcee, widowed or seperated, and your child is SPR or SC, you can choose to purchase resales HDB with your daughter. However, upon the collection of key, you will have to sell away your overseas private property within 6 months.
