I would like to enquire is it possible that a sale can still be called off even though the option has been signed by Buyer and the caveat has been lodged ? TQ.

Afternoon,
Your salesperson should have informed you of the eligible conditions for the OTP to be void.
One of the condition is for all parties involved to submit, in writting, to their lawyers, in favor of voiding the contract and not claim for any compensation thereafter.
As for the other two conditions, it would not be applicable for you as at this moment.
