I would like to confirm below eligibility condition under fiance/fiancee scheme to purchase a Resale Flat. Under a condition which , fiance and fiancee are Singapore PR for more than 3 years and wish to purchase a Resale Flat. However, fiance still has housing loan commitment in Malaysia because he bought a house for his parents in Malaysia 5 years ago. This Malaysia house is own by his mother only and fiance does not own this house which Sales & Purchase Agreement has only recorded his mother as the only one owner. Base on the above condition, are the fiance and fiancee eligible to purchase a resale flat under fiance/fiancee scheme?
