I would like to clarify the below information i read from property guru resources website under HDB finance system category. Is this grant provided by HDB? What's the different from the SGD$30000/$40000 HDB family grant?
First Time Home Buyers’ Grant
Applicants who are first time home buyers can avail the first home buyers’ grant provided by the government if the value of the property is less than SGD 500,000. A grant of SGD 7,000 is received by the applicant in such cases. Buyers are eligible for the REBA (Real Estate and Business Agents Supervisory Board) grant of additional 2,000 Singaporean dollars if the value of the property is under 400,000 SGD. They can contact their real estate agent to get further information on the grant.
