I would like to check, if my family want to shift to Punngol new condo to stay in Jan 2016, the current HDB Pasir Ris want to rent out (1 common room and 1 master room)and will apply to HDB for room rental.
Question: We have to keep a room (HDB) for own stay is it? In this case, can both of us change ICs to new Condo address?Will HDB question us why the owner not staying in HDB if both ICs stated new condo.
For Property tax concern, we will be charged as residential rate for new condo unit or HDB unit? Pls advise or give your suggestion. Thanks
