I would like to buy an HDB. However as a PR and has properties overseas can I purchase an HDB?

Morning,

As PR, you are only eligible to purchase HDB unit if you are married to another PR or Singapore Citizen.
With the overseas property, you need to remove your name from the property, 6 months from key collection of the HDB property that you have purchased.
