Yes, why not? There is no restrictions to say that one cannot get married if he owns a HDB flat.

If both own a HDB flat each, then you will have to dispose off one of the HDB flats.

Hi,

1) You may still marry despite owning an HDB flat separately.
2) But after marriage, you and your spouse will become a single entity.
3) One entity can only own one HDB flat according to the HDB policy.
4) Therefore one party has to dispose of his or her HDB flat within 6 months upon completion of the legal marriage. Note it is the date of legal marriage and not the customary ceremony that counts.
