    Thank you for your reply, it is at block 278 3rd level.
    I have seen the recent transaction prices but my concern is the valuation, therefore looking for some estimations.
    Example: Transaction price is $330k,it does not indicate if there was a cash amt paid.
    I really hope your able to roughly give me a guideline on any of your recent sale for a 4s.

Price range for a 4roomer start from a low $288 000 to a high $455 000 .

Different location, sizing, level and model of the HDB unit will render different value in valuation.

Good afternoon Judy,

Background info for 4S in blk 278. 84 sqm built in 1985.

You can take these data as reference.

1) Blk 265, #02, 4S, 84 sqm, 1986, $310k in Nov 2015.
2) Blk 280, #02, 4S, 84 sqm, 1985, $300k in Oct 2015.
3) Blk 279, #01, 4S, 90sqm, 1985, $315k in Sept 2015.

Estimated valuation should be around $300k +/-.

    Does being a buyer 1 or buyer 2 make any difference when buying a flat? does buyer 1 have to pay a higher percentage on the mortgage loan? or earn more income than buyer 2
