I would like to ask. I was divorced and recently married. Had a house with my ex spouse. If i need to buy a new flat with my current spouse, will there still be a levy? My spouse is a 1st timer.

Hi, in your case, your name would have to be removed from the previous flat ownership before you could purchase a HDB flat with the current spouse.
