I wish to know when exactly is the resale levy required to be paid.
Looking to book an upcoming EC which is still under construction in 2weeks time.
1st home was 5rm resale hdb with housing grant, disposed in 2011. Current (2nd) home is also resale hdb without any grant.

Also, is it possible to get a bridging loan from bank in this situation as we are short of cash cos of the resale levy

Hi Evelyn,

Since the subsidized HDB was disposed after 2011, the resale levy payable is 45k. It will have to be settled upon exercising of S&P, which is typically about 3-4 weeks after booking. There are solutions for the cash outlay, I be happy to share more as I am active with EC projects. Are you looking at Hundred Palms Residences? I happen to be involved as well.
