I wish to inquire on the following condition stated by HDB in order for sellers to get approval for HDB Temporary Extension of Stay:

CONDITIONS TO BE MET BY SELLERS
4.1 The Sellers must have committed to buy a completed property in Singapore that is
ready for occupation, i.e. have exercised an Option to Purchase or signed a Sale and
Purchase Agreement.

I have exercised the option to purchase a condo and paid a 5% deposit of the purchase price. The condo is still not TOP and I have to complete my HDB Resale flat in Mid October 2021. I wish to request 3 months temporary extension of stay and the buyer has agreed. However, reading the condition stated above, my new property is considered a "not completed property and is not ready for occupation"; am I still eligible to apply for HDB Temporary Extension of Stay.

Please help to advise soon. Thank you.
