I wish to get a flat on my own. I am currently just become a divorcee & I have taken 2 HDB loans. I wish to appeal as well as going to my MP to ask for a 3rd HDB loan.
Question is - do I find a flat first, apply HLE then I go to the MP or vice versa?

Afternoon,

Third HDB loan will be considered as market rate loan and is subjected to assessment and approval. Unless you have solid ground, such approval might be tough to get though I had clients who managed to get it. Hence I would advise that you should obtain the loan documents prior the hunt.
