I wish to change my hdb flat from joint tenancy to tenancy in common, HDB is charging 1 to 2K for the change depending on house valuation and some hidden factors, i think it cost too much. Is it possible i get my personal lawyer to do it? would it be cheaper?

Hi Ong,

Why not check with the law firm if they provide such service and quote the figure to you? Would that be simpler for you?
