I wish to calculate maximum loan eligible and i tried using different website which doesn't support Singapore MAS guidelines. Do you all know any website which provides maximum loan eligibility based on income, age, etc as per MAS guidelines? or any formula for that?

Hi Mr Steven, you may want to contact bankers for them to access your max loan eligibility. That will be easier. The banks are MAS regulated. Apart from factors like loan, age etc, different banks have different system to access a client's eligibility to loan how much. This also depends very much on your other financial liabilities like credit cards or other loans etc. from these, you will be able to get a more accurate calculation. Working together with me are very reliable and efficient bankers. Do contact me on your preferred bank and I will introduce you the bankers with no obligations. Thank you.

Hi Steven,

The best case is to contact a banker to calculate for you.

By using this websites, there is no gurantee if the amount they churn out is what the banks will lend you.
