I wish to buy resales 4rm HDB with my 17yrs old daughter(Singapore PR). I am 40yrs old Singapore PR currently bankruptcy status(under Greenzone and will discharge Oct2020). My mthly salary $3500 and CPF OA acc ard $65k. I’m looking for agent who can help me with lower cash out as possible and housing loan.
