I will soon be selecting my 3R BTO as a 2nd timer. I have no loans or property to dispose. I do not plan to get HDB or Bank loan, can I still fund this purchase entirely with my CPF OA +Cash ? ie can i use 100% of my CPF OA fund? What documents do i need to provide to show them at selection that I can fund this purchase ?
