Dear owner,

My advise is instead of asking how much COV should you ask for selling your HDB, work out the final cash proceeds which you intend to get and work backwards from there, to set your final selling price. There upon, if desired selling price is very far away from the valuation price, determine what is the best way out to achieve your best possible price.

COV is a concern for buyers instead of owners.

Should you require my assistance, feel free to contact me further.

Hi,

$30k to $70k, depend on your flat's condition and other factors.

Please do email the details of your unit to me, as I have clients looking for flat around that area.

Hi,

I do not over promise. I would estimate for that area, the COV is $30k to $40k.

Of course, if your unit is on high floor, good facing, excellent condition, then definitely will command a better COV.

It is best to get a sole agent to sell so that the asking price can be controlled.

Please call me at 96836230  to discuss.

Thanks,
