I will like to enquire about inheriting a hdb flat and what should I do with it if I own a private property. Do I need to sell it? What do I do if I want to keep it? I hear that owners of private property cannot own hdb?

Hi Elaine, in your situation you will have 2 options. 1) you can sell away the HDB once lawyer gives you the green light, or 2) if you want to keep the HDB that you have inherited from, you will have to sell the private unit. Regards Aaron 97308455  aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg Read More
