Afternoon Yuzhou,

After your key collection to your new house, you must dispose off your current unit. In order to transfer it to your parent's names, they must fit certain requirements, i.e: income ability, available CPF, age, etc.

Hi Yuzhou,

As Mike has pointed out, you should check wih HDB directly on eligibility of your parents for the house to be transferred.
