Dear Mr Alexander,

Are you selling based on market value or your financial plans? I always advise owners against putting up their place for sale without any concrete planning as this isn't exactly the best time for selling a property with its price trend, nevertheless, if there is a genuine reason to do so, proper planning should be done. I do not encourage owners to sell if they are purely being led by what the market is transacting instead of planning according to their genuine needs of sale.
